Unusual pattern this one, bunch of skulls in a definite Dia-De-Muertes or Day of the Dead style, but a few of them are wearing baseball caps with DEAD written on them so we grabbed that as the inspiration for the name.  A full colour pattern, no specific backing but using a white base will keep the colours vibrant and clear as a bell.
